This house on Verlengde Kerkeboslaan was in need of renovation, and Mobak was called in to bring it back to its optimal state.
All the painting work, both inside and outside the house, was completely redone. Additionally, the foundation was treated against moisture damage. All leaks and damage to the dormer windows were repaired, ensuring the house is in excellent condition once again.
Two new bedrooms were created in the house, providing space for two more people in this spacious villa. The bedrooms are equipped with the latest appliances and are ready for use.
The garden on the property also required significant work. Mobak undertook a complete renovation of the 2000-square-meter garden.
